1. Services

Pianddo provides courier and delivery services for documents, parcels, and business shipments within the United Arab Emirates, subject to these Terms.

2. Prohibited Items

We do not transport illegal substances, weapons, hazardous materials, or controlled medical items. Prohibited or misrepresented items may result in refusal or cancellation of service without refund.

3. Booking & Pricing

Pricing is based on package weight as shown on our Pricing page. Estimates provided at booking are subject to confirmation; final pricing may vary based on actual weight, distance, or delivery urgency.

4. Liability

While we take utmost care with every delivery, Pianddo is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather, force majeure). Customers are encouraged to declare the value of sensitive or high-value items at booking.

5. Cancellations

Bookings may be cancelled prior to pickup by contacting our team directly. Cancellation after pickup has commenced may not be eligible for a refund.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
